3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, bathrooms, hardwood floors, fireplace, washer, dryer, BBQ, bon fire pit, numerous frog ponds and 18 privately owned acres for you to explore. After you discover all the private land has to offer, visit the quaint towns of Livingston Manor, Jefferson Ville and Roscoe. Bring your friends, family, even the family dog and enjoy some peace, quiet and the serenity of wooded seclusion every other weekend during the season of your choice.

Renters will be entitled to most major holidays excluding xmas.
All Utilities included, Local phone and DVD / VCR with Monitor.
Sorry, no TV or high speed. That's the point of a get away house. :)

Package rate includes 4 alternating weekends from late-March to mid-May.  There is flexibility available in scheduling the alternating weekends.  Please inquire within.

May 25th - September 3rd
Summer package rate includes nine alternating weekends from late-May to early-September.  There is flexibility available in scheduling the alternating weekends.  Please inquire within.

Fall 2007
September 21st - November 25th
Package rate includes five alternating weekends from late-September to late-November.  There is flexibility in scheduling the alternating weekends.  Please inquire within.

Winter 2008
January 4th - March 16th
Winter package rate includes six alternating weekends from early-January to mid-March.   There is flexibility in scheduling the alternating weekends.  Please inquire within.
