June/July 2007 Broker Licensing Schedule

Steps for becoming a broker:
Step 1: Finish our 45-hour broker course consisting of 12 sessions (mix and match 12 sessions within 3 month)
Step 2: Successfully pass our school exam at the end of the course
Step 3: Apply for becoming a NYS licensed broker at the Department of State; make a reservation for a NYS exam
Step 4: Successfully pass the NYS exam for becoming a broker

New York State Exam- You are now required to make an online reservation in order to take the state exam. Please note that you can make your reservation immediately. Even if you plan on taking exam a few months from now we recommend that you make your reservation now.
