The New York Real Estate Institute offers a Broker Licensing course monthly. This is a 45 hour course and can be taken to fit your schedule. There are day or night classes to make it easy for anyone.

Broker Licensing January Schedule

Day classes run from 9:15am to 4:30pm with a lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30. There are eleven sessions but they do not have to be taken in any particular order.
