New York Real Estate Institute Salesperson Course information:

*Our unique schedule allows you to begin classes at any time.
*Salesperson Licensing Course is a 45-hour course, that is broken up into
*12 independent sessions*
*Each session is independent of each other and can be taken in any order.
*Sessions do not correlate with each other and do not have to be taken in chronological order.
*Each session is 3 to 4 hours long.
*The quickest you will finish is in 6 days, taking 2 sessions a day (FAST TRACK). Students are allowed to take 4.5 hours of absence.
*You must complete 12 different Sessions. You do not get credit for repeating the same sessions

TITLE COST AND CLOSINGS - 1 hour

4. CONTRACTS - 2 hours
LEASES - 2 hours

6. HUMAN RIGHTS & FAIR HOUSING - 4 hours

7. ESTATE & INTEREST - 2 hours
LAND USE REGULATIONS - 2 hours

8. REAL ESTATE FINANCE I - 4 hours

9. THE VALUATION PROCESS - 3 hours

10. MATH - 3 hours
REAL ESTATE FINANCE - 1 hour

11. CONSTRUCTION 3 hours
