Future Predictions on White Plains NY Condo & Coop Real Estate Market
Also referred to as a "Mini Manhattan, NYC" How far White Plains has come. Tons of new retail shopping, restaurants, even a New movie theatre that feels like an airport lobby. Some brand new housing developments "Condos" include Trumps building Trump Plaza and City Center. Also Louis Capelli has the Ritz Carlton, selling quick. You have Jefferson place and other future plans for even more redevelopment I am sure. My prediction on new, but older building like Cottage Place, The Hill, Stewart Place, Lake Street and Rockledge towers, is that these housing prices will skyrocket due to the high cost of living at these new developments. Supply and demand, Just as housing prices started to skyrocket in early 2000's than people started to move north. I believe the same will hold true in White Plains, with New Rochelle right behind it. Since everyone would love to live in a Donald Trump or Louis Capelli apartment and may not be able to afford it - what is the next best thing? Right! everything that surrounds it. If you are a buyer or an investor I will suggest you buy NOW, Buy in White Plains. If history holds true, it can be the wisest investment you will ever make.
