For the third year running, New York Magazine has released it's annual real estate report. While the rest of the country is suffering from the current mortgage crisis, it seems NYC is still going strong. But for how long? Some analysts feel that while NYC has been largely impermeable to the nation's mortgage crisis, a less than stellar year on Wall Street could do the city in.
The report also provides a neighborhood by neighborhood risk analysis with the Bushwick and Beford Stuyvesant area's reportedly being the riskiest area to buy in.
