Designed by Cook & Fox, The Lucida will be the UES's first LEED certified green building. The building with it's stiking glass curtain wall provides residents with a healthier life style. Amenties include a La Palestra fitness, wellness and spa center, filtered fresh air, a sky lit lap pool and for the kids a indoor playground designed by Kidville, NY.

Interiors of the homes feature custom millwork and rich stone textures, ten foot ceilings and floors finished in a deep chocolate stained rift oak.

Kitchens are equipped with Miele, Subzero and Viking kitchen appliances, custom cabinetry designed by S. Russell Groves and fittings by Rohle.
