Scheduled for occupancy in 2008, a new 26 story hotel and condominium building is currently under construction in Hoboken. Developed by the Applied Development Company, the building was designed by Gwathmey Siegel Associates. It is located at 225 River Street, Hoboken.

The building will consist of 255 hotel rooms and 36 condo's starting at the 18th floor. The residences range in sized from one to three bedroom units as well as four bedroom penthouses. Features of the homes include ten foot ceilings, bamboo flooring, Bosch washer and dryers and indvidually controlled heating and air conditioning.

Resident amenities of the building include a 24 hour doorman, concierge, fitness center and Bliss spa.
