The New York State Real Estate Investors Association, NYREIA, was founded by Bob and Cheryl Eberle with the goal to bring together professional real estate investors and individuals who have a desire to become a real estate investment professional. Together with industry professionals and investment gurus, NYREIA assists these potential investors in reaching their goals.

Bringing together real estate investors within one organization, our membership includes a wide array of professionals from all aspects of the real estate industry. Our membership is open to anyone who wants to start an investing career as well as seasoned professionals from full & part time real estate investors, real estate brokers & agents, attorneys, accountants, property managers, rehab professionals, appraisers, bankers and private lenders.

Monthly events are held every third Tuesday of every month at the Hudson Valley Community College in the Bulmer Telecommunications Center. For real estate investment beginners who are in need of contacts and the knowledge of where to begin investing, these events are the perfect opportunity to find such information and support. The business contacts made through NYREIA offer newcomers a welcome support to their newly chosen endeavor. Seasoned investors also use these business contacts as an opportunity to refresh their list of contractors, suppliers and contacts.
