Well, it looks like Craigslist New York is going to start charging for listings again as of June 15th. They intend to offer bulk listings according to the following schedule.

Seems a bit pricey to me, especially when Brokers, No Fee Agents, and management companies can post unlimited listing, 1000 at a time to TopNYCapts.com for $199 a month. Plus, we offer blogging.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see if Craig really goes through with it this time or not.
