Barbara Corcoran, New York City's top realtor has a column at the NY Daily News. She will answer questions anyone may have about real estate. She is also a real estate contributor for NBC, CNBC and MSNBC.

Ms. Corcoran offers advice on several topics including why a red room should be painted white before selling as well as advice on making a bid on a condo in New York.

Ms. Corcoran started her real estate career 25 years ago when she borrowed $1,000 from a boyfriend to open a tiny real estate office in New York. Over the course of her succesfull career, she turned the investment into a five billion dollar real estate business.
