Chelsea Condo Opening
The atmosphere was celebratory last night at the opening of the new 10 story residential condominium at 100 West 18th Street. Also celebrating at the event last night were the producers of NBC4HD's successful new show "OpenHouse NYC".
Guests mingled among images by David Fried with intermentent photos of the condo at the Sara Tecchia Gallery. Developers of the building were very pleased that the whole process has gone smoothly.
The building is due for completion in December with occupancy to take place in January. The facade of the building is of black stone infused with iron ore. Interior layouts of the homes are varied based upon the unit, giving unique characteristics to each.
