Choice Hotels International executed a franchise agreement in New York City to build a 11 story, 300 room Cambria Suites Hotel in Brooklyn. The hotel is to be built on a site owned by PLC Partners, LLC of New York City and is located just a few blocks from the Brooklyn Bridge.

Cambria Suites, a brand of Choice Hotels International, caters to those travelers who like to bring their lifestyle with them. Boasting stylish design and guestrooms that are 25% larger than standard hotel rooms, guests have complimentary access to highspeed internet as well as flat screen TV's in the guestrooms.

According to one of the PLC partners, Brooklyn has undergone a dynamic transformation and has seen an influx of both business and leisure travelers. Cambria Suites will cater to the modern lifestyles of many of these travelers.
